Newborn Photography Service Agreement
This Newborn Photography Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

01Coverage

02Booking fee and balance

03Cancellation and rescheduling

05Copyright and usage

07Flexible timing
Newborn sessions are booked around the due date and may be moved to suit the baby; the provider holds a flexible window rather than a fixed time.
08Safety and handling
The baby’s safety comes first: posing is limited to what is safe, and a parent stays within reach throughout. Some poses may not be possible depending on the baby.
