Real Estate Photography Service Agreement
This Real Estate Photography Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

01Coverage

02Booking fee and balance

03Cancellation and rescheduling
If the client cancels, the booking fee is not refunded. If the provider cannot attend through illness or emergency, they will arrange a comparable replacement or refund in full.

05Copyright and usage

06Limit of liability
If images are lost through equipment or file failure, the provider’s liability is limited to a refund of the fees paid.
07Shot list and turnaround

08Licence for listing use
The client may use the images to market this property across listing sites and print. The provider retains copyright; the client does not resell or relicense the images.
