Event Photography Service Agreement
This Event Photography Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").
This agreement covers photography coverage of an event on [EVENT DATE]. The work, price and any deposit are: [DESCRIBE THE WORK, THE TOTAL PRICE AND ANY DEPOSIT].

01Coverage
Covers the hours, locations and deliverables listed above. Additional hours are billed at the agreed hourly rate.
02Booking fee and balance

03Cancellation and rescheduling
If the client cancels, the booking fee is not refunded. If the provider cannot attend through illness or emergency, they will arrange a comparable replacement or refund in full.
04Delivery of images

05Copyright and usage
The photographer keeps copyright. The client receives a personal-use licence; commercial use needs written permission. The provider may show the work in a portfolio unless the client objects in writing.
06Limit of liability
If images are lost through equipment or file failure, the provider’s liability is limited to a refund of the fees paid.
07Coverage window and deliverables

08Access and portfolio use
