Portrait Photography Service Agreement
This Portrait Photography Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

01Coverage

02Booking fee and balance

03Cancellation and rescheduling
If the client cancels, the booking fee is not refunded. If the provider cannot attend through illness or emergency, they will arrange a comparable replacement or refund in full.
04Delivery of images

05Copyright and usage
The photographer keeps copyright. The client receives a personal-use licence; commercial use needs written permission. The provider may show the work in a portfolio unless the client objects in writing.
06Limit of liability
If images are lost through equipment or file failure, the provider’s liability is limited to a refund of the fees paid.
07Session and edited images

08Rescheduling
