Wedding Planning Service Agreement
This Wedding Planning Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

01Services and timing

02Deposit and balance

03Cancellation

04Venue access and setup

05Events outside our control

06Guest conduct and damage
The client is responsible for their guests. Damage to the provider’s equipment by guests is charged at replacement cost.
07Retainer and payment schedule
A retainer reserves the date; the balance follows the schedule above, with the final payment due before the event. The date is held once the retainer is paid.
08Cancellation and postponement
If the client cancels, the retainer is non-refundable and payments already due are retained to cover booked work. A postponement is honoured subject to availability on the new date.
