DJ & Entertainment Service Agreement
This DJ & Entertainment Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

01Services and timing

02Deposit and balance

06Guest conduct and damage
The client is responsible for their guests. Damage to the provider’s equipment by guests is charged at replacement cost.
07Performance time and setup
Performance covers the agreed hours plus setup and teardown. Overtime is billed at [RATE] per hour if the client requests it and the venue allows.
08Power, space and equipment
The client ensures suitable power, space and access at the venue. The provider’s equipment stays the provider’s; damage caused by guests is the client’s responsibility.
