Subcontractor Service Agreement
This Subcontractor Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

01Scope of work

02Payment terms

03Cancellation

04Timeline

05Liability

07Scope, direction and coordination
The subcontractor performs the work listed and coordinates with the client or main contractor on site access, sequence and standards. Changes to scope come through the client in writing.
08Insurance and own work
The subcontractor carries its own insurance and is responsible for its own workmanship and tools. A certificate of insurance is provided on request.
