Online Tutoring Service Agreement

This Online Tutoring Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

    For students under 18, a parent or guardian agrees to these terms and remains contactable during sessions.

  7. 07Platform and materials

    Sessions run on [PLATFORM] at the scheduled times. The client ensures a working device, connection and any materials in advance; time lost to the client’s tech issues is not made up.

  8. 08Cancellations and no-shows

    A session cancelled with under [24 HOURS] notice, or a no-show, is charged in full. The tutor offers a make-up slot where possible for timely cancellations.
