Test Prep Service Agreement

This Test Prep Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

    The provider supplies session materials. The client supplies the student’s own textbooks and school materials.

  6. 06Students under 18

    For students under 18, a parent or guardian agrees to these terms and remains contactable during sessions.

  7. 07Program and materials

    The program targets the test above over [NUMBER] sessions, including practice and review. Official test fees, registration and prep books are the client’s unless listed.

  8. 08No score guarantee

    The tutor prepares the student diligently, but results depend on the student’s effort and factors outside the tutor’s control. No particular score or admission outcome is guaranteed.
