ONLINE TUTORING SERVICE AGREEMENT

7. PLATFORM AND MATERIALS
Sessions run on [PLATFORM] at the scheduled times. The client ensures a working device, connection and any materials in advance; time lost to the client’s tech issues is not made up.

8. CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
