In-Home Tutoring Service Agreement

This In-Home Tutoring Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

    For students under 18, a parent or guardian agrees to these terms and remains contactable during sessions.

  7. 07Location and supervision

    Sessions take place at the address above. For a student under 18, a parent or guardian remains present or contactable at the home during each session.

  8. 08Travel and scheduling

    The rate assumes the location above; travel beyond [DISTANCE] may add a fee. Regular session times are held for the student and reviewed each [TERM].
