01Scope of work

02Deposit and payment

04Preparation and drying
Timings assume normal conditions. Humidity and temperature affect drying and can move dates.
05Protection and clearing
The provider protects floors, fixtures and furnishings. The client clears small items and valuables from the work area beforehand.
06Existing coatings
The provider is not responsible for the failure of existing coatings beneath new paint.
07Weather delays
Exterior work needs dry conditions and suitable temperatures. Rain or extreme heat may pause work and move dates; the provider resumes as soon as conditions allow.
08Surface prep and repairs
Prep covers scraping, sanding and priming bare spots. Rot, extensive filler or siding repair is included only if listed and is quoted separately if found.
