The provider protects floors, fixtures and furnishings. The client clears small items and valuables from the work area beforehand.

6. EXISTING COATINGS
The provider is not responsible for the failure of existing coatings beneath new paint.

7. WEATHER DELAYS
Exterior work needs dry conditions and suitable temperatures. Rain or extreme heat may pause work and move dates; the provider resumes as soon as conditions allow.

8. SURFACE PREP AND REPAIRS
Prep covers scraping, sanding and priming bare spots. Rot, extensive filler or siding repair is included only if listed and is quoted separately if found.
