Tree & Shrub Care Service Agreement

  4. 04Plant survival

    The provider guarantees correct planting, not survival. Plant health depends on watering, weather and soil conditions outside the provider’s control.

  5. 05Weather delays

    Outdoor work is weather-dependent. Dates may shift; the provider will reschedule promptly.

  6. 06Site access and utilities

    The client confirms site access and marks private irrigation, wiring and lines. The provider is not liable for damage to unmarked private utilities.

  7. 07Pruning limits and debris

    Work covers the trees and shrubs listed, pruned to standard practice. Large tree removal or work near power lines is excluded unless listed. Debris is [HAULED AWAY / LEFT ON SITE].

  8. 08Access and property

    The client confirms access and property lines. The provider takes care around structures and beds but is not responsible for pre-existing weak limbs or hidden hazards.
