Snow Removal Service Agreement

This Snow Removal Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

  5. 05Weather delays

    Outdoor work is weather-dependent. Dates may shift; the provider will reschedule promptly.

  6. 06Site access and utilities

    The client confirms site access and marks private irrigation, wiring and lines. The provider is not liable for damage to unmarked private utilities.

  7. 07Trigger and priority

    Service is triggered at [2 INCHES] of accumulation and covers [DRIVEWAY / WALKS / LOT]. During heavy storms, sites are cleared in route order and the provider returns as needed.

  8. 08Ice and conditions

    Ice melt is applied where agreed, but the provider cannot guarantee a surface free of all ice in freezing conditions. The client keeps [MARKED HAZARDS] visible.
