Landscape Installation Service Agreement

  6. 06Site access and utilities

    The client confirms site access and marks private irrigation, wiring and lines. The provider is not liable for damage to unmarked private utilities.

  7. 07Plants, materials and utilities

    Plants and materials are as specified. The client marks private utilities and irrigation lines; the provider calls for public utility locates before digging.

  8. 08Plant establishment

    Plants are installed healthy. Because survival depends on watering and weather after install, any replacement guarantee applies only if [WATERING TERMS] are followed. [STATE ANY GUARANTEE].
