Long-Distance Moving Service Agreement

This Long-Distance Moving Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

    Hazardous goods, cash, jewellery and irreplaceable items are not moved. The client transports these themselves.

    The provider is liable for damage caused by its handling, up to [AMOUNT] unless additional valuation is purchased. Pre-existing damage should be noted before loading.

  5. 05Access and delays

    Quotes assume access as described: working lifts, available parking and the stairs described. Worse access may add time and cost, quoted before continuing.

  6. 06Client-packed boxes

    Boxes packed by the client are moved as-is. The provider is not responsible for the contents of boxes it did not pack.

  7. 07Quote basis and balance

    The move is priced by [WEIGHT / DISTANCE] as above. The balance is due [ON / BEFORE] delivery; storage or redelivery after a missed delivery window is billed separately.

  8. 08Delivery window
