Graphic Design Service Agreement
This Graphic Design Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

01Scope of services

02Fees and invoicing

07Concepts and revisions
