Copywriting Service Agreement
This Copywriting Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

01Scope of services

02Fees and invoicing

03Revisions

04Ownership of work

06Client delays
Timelines assume the client supplies materials, access and feedback when needed. Delays there move the delivery date by the same amount.
07Deliverables and revisions

08Rights on payment
On full payment, ownership of the final approved copy transfers to the client. Drafts and unused concepts remain the provider’s. The provider may reference the work as a sample unless the client opts out.
