Pet Sitting Service Agreement
This Pet Sitting Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

01Services

02Payment

03Cancellation

04Pet health and behaviour
The client confirms vaccinations are current and discloses any history of biting or aggression. The client is responsible for injury or damage caused by their pet.
05Veterinary care
If the pet needs urgent care and the client cannot be reached, the provider may seek treatment. The client covers veterinary costs.
06Keys and access
Keys and access details are kept secure and returned at the end of the engagement.
07Visits, feeding and home access
The provider makes [NUMBER] visits per day for feeding, water and time with the pet, and handles [MAIL / PLANTS] if listed. The client leaves supplies, feeding notes and secure access.
08Emergencies and authorisation
The client authorises the provider to seek vet care if needed and covers the cost. The client leaves emergency contacts and the pet’s vet details.
