Dog Walking Service Agreement

01Services

The client confirms vaccinations are current and discloses any history of biting or aggression. The client is responsible for injury or damage caused by their pet.
05Veterinary care
If the pet needs urgent care and the client cannot be reached, the provider may seek treatment. The client covers veterinary costs.
06Keys and access
Keys and access details are kept secure and returned at the end of the engagement.
07Walk details and access
Walks run about [LENGTH] on the agreed schedule. The client provides entry, a lead and waste bags, and notes the dog’s behaviour and any no-go areas.
08Behaviour and vet care
The client discloses any aggression or health issues. If the dog needs urgent vet care, the provider may seek it and the client covers the cost. [EMERGENCY VET / CONTACT].
