Move-Out Cleaning Service Agreement
This Move-Out Cleaning Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").
This agreement covers a one-time deep clean of a vacated property to a move-out standard. The work, price and any deposit are: [DESCRIBE THE WORK, THE TOTAL PRICE AND ANY DEPOSIT].
The Provider will carry out that work for the Client on the terms below.
01What is included
Cleaning covers the rooms and tasks listed above. Extras such as inside ovens, inside fridges, interior windows and walls are only included if listed.
02Payment
Payment is due on completion of each clean unless a recurring schedule is agreed. Recurring cleans are invoiced [WEEKLY/MONTHLY].
03Cancellation and access
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead at no charge. With less notice, or if the team cannot get in, up to 50% of the visit may be charged.
04Breakages and valuables
The provider is insured and will report any damage the same day. Please put away cash, jewellery and irreplaceable items before the visit.
05Supplies and equipment
The provider brings standard supplies and equipment. If the client requires specific products, the client supplies them.
06Time on site
Time estimates are based on the size and condition described. If the space is in significantly worse condition, extra time is quoted before continuing.
07Move-out standard and checklist
The clean follows the checklist agreed above, or the landlord’s move-out list, covering inside appliances, cabinets and fixtures unless noted. [ATTACH OR LIST THE CHECKLIST].
08Re-clean guarantee
If the property is inspected within [48 HOURS] and a listed item was missed, the provider returns to re-clean that item at no charge. This does not cover damage or wear the provider did not cause.
