Interior Detailing Service Agreement

This Interior Detailing Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

    Quotes assume normal condition. Excessive pet hair, biohazards or heavy staining need extra time and cost, quoted before work continues.

  4. 04Pre-existing damage

    The provider notes existing chips, scratches and dents before starting. The provider is not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for defects that cleaning reveals.

  5. 05Cancellation and access

    Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel. The client provides access to the vehicle and keys at the agreed time.

  6. 06Personal items

    Please remove personal items before the appointment. The provider is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

  7. 07Interior condition and extras

    Pricing is based on the vehicle’s condition above. Heavy staining, pet hair, odour removal or biohazard cleanup may cost extra and are quoted before work starts.

  8. 08Electronics and delicate trim

    The provider avoids soaking electronics and treats delicate trim with care. Pre-existing wear, cracked trim or failing electronics are noted and are not the provider’s responsibility.
