Exterior Detailing Service Agreement

This Exterior Detailing Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

    Quotes assume normal condition. Excessive pet hair, biohazards or heavy staining need extra time and cost, quoted before work continues.

  4. 04Pre-existing damage

    The provider notes existing chips, scratches and dents before starting. The provider is not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for defects that cleaning reveals.

  5. 05Cancellation and access

    Please give 24 hours’ notice to cancel. The client provides access to the vehicle and keys at the agreed time.

  6. 06Personal items

    Please remove personal items before the appointment. The provider is not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

  7. 07Wash, decontamination and protection

    Service covers the wash, decontamination and protection listed above. Paint correction or scratch removal is a separate service and is quoted only if requested.

  8. 08Pre-existing paint defects

    The provider documents the paint’s condition before starting. Existing swirls, chips, oxidation or clear-coat failure are pre-existing and are not caused or covered by a standard detail.
