Furniture Assembly Service Agreement
This Furniture Assembly Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

01Scope of work

02Rates and payment

03Parts and materials

07Items, parts and hardware
Assembly covers the items listed above using the manufacturer’s parts and hardware. Missing or damaged parts from the box are the client’s to replace before that item can be finished.
08Anchoring and wall type
Where an item must be anchored to a wall for safety, the client identifies the wall type and any hidden wiring or pipes. Anchoring holds only as well as the wall it fixes to.
