Fixture Installation Service Agreement

This Fixture Installation Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made on [DATE] between [YOUR BUSINESS NAME] ("Provider") and [CLIENT NAME] ("Client").

This agreement covers installing the fixtures listed above, such as fans, faucets or shelving. The work, price and any deposit are: [DESCRIBE THE WORK, THE TOTAL PRICE AND ANY DEPOSIT].

The Provider will carry out that work for the Client on the terms below.

  1. 01Scope of work

Covers the tasks listed above. Additional tasks found on site are quoted before they start.

  2. 02Rates and payment

Work is charged [HOURLY/FIXED]. The minimum call-out is [AMOUNT]. Payment is due on completion.

  3. 03Parts and materials

Parts are billed at cost plus [PERCENT]% unless separately quoted. The client may supply their own parts; the provider does not warranty client-supplied parts.

  4. 04Licensed trades

Work requiring a licensed electrician, plumber or gas fitter is outside this agreement and will be referred out.

  5. 05Scheduling

The provider will arrive within the agreed window and will call ahead if delayed.

  6. 06Pre-existing conditions

The provider is responsible for its own work only, not for pre-existing faults revealed while doing it.

  7. 07Client-supplied fixtures

Fixtures are supplied by the client unless listed. The provider checks parts before starting; a defective or incomplete fixture may need reordering before that item is finished.

  8. 08Electrical and plumbing limits

Work is limited to straightforward swaps and connections. Anything needing a licensed electrician or plumber is flagged and excluded unless a licensed trade is arranged.

Both parties agree to the terms above.
