PET GROOMING SERVICE AGREEMENT

5. VETERINARY CARE
If the pet needs urgent care and the client cannot be reached, the provider may seek treatment. The client covers veterinary costs.

6. KEYS AND ACCESS
Keys and access details are kept secure and returned at the end of the engagement.

7. SERVICE, BREED AND COAT
Grooming is priced by breed, size and coat condition. Severe matting or behaviour that needs extra time may change the price; the provider checks with the client first.

8. HEALTH, HANDLING AND MATTING
The client discloses health issues and vaccination status. For welfare, matting may be clipped short rather than brushed out, and the provider may stop if the pet is distressed.
