PET BOARDING SERVICE AGREEMENT

If the pet needs urgent care and the client cannot be reached, the provider may seek treatment. The client covers veterinary costs.

6. KEYS AND ACCESS
Keys and access details are kept secure and returned at the end of the engagement.

7. VACCINATION AND HEALTH
The client confirms the pet is vaccinated [LIST] and free of contagious illness. The provider may refuse or isolate a pet that appears unwell to protect other animals.

8. DROP-OFF, PICKUP AND LATE FEES
