MOVING LABOR SERVICE AGREEMENT

5. ACCESS AND DELAYS

6. CLIENT-PACKED BOXES
Boxes packed by the client are moved as-is. The provider is not responsible for the contents of boxes it did not pack.

7. LABOR ONLY — NO TRANSPORT
This covers loading and/or unloading only. The client provides the truck or container and arranges transport; the provider does not transport goods under this agreement.

8. CLIENT-PROVIDED VEHICLE
Where the client directs loading or provides the vehicle, the provider is not responsible for damage in transit or from how the vehicle is driven or secured.
