INTERIOR PAINTING SERVICE AGREEMENT

5. PROTECTION AND CLEARING
The provider protects floors, fixtures and furnishings. The client clears small items and valuables from the work area beforehand.

6. EXISTING COATINGS
The provider is not responsible for the failure of existing coatings beneath new paint.

7. PREP, COATS AND COLOUR
The price covers [NUMBER] coats of the agreed paint in the colours above, after standard prep — filling, sanding and taping. Extra coats for a strong colour change are quoted separately.

8. FURNITURE AND FLOOR PROTECTION
